The process starts with a safe, non-toxic tile cleaning solution that is applied to the tile and grout lines. The cleaning solution is agitated into surface allowing it to work into the pores, loosening dirt, grease, and oils.
We then use our Vortex truck-mounted cleaning machine to thoroughly wash, rinse and remove the dirt and oils out of the tile and grout and back into the truck's recovery tank. Our cleaning system uses hot water and high water pressure that is designed to have no over-spray of water or cleaning solution.
To dry the floor, we use high-speed air movers and then we inspect the grout for any permanent staining. Finally, once everything is as clean as possible, we apply a sealer to protect it from any further staining.
