Bailey Muetterties is the proud owner and lead technician of Carpet Masters, a family-owned business he took over from his father, Chris, in 2022. Having worked alongside his dad since childhood, Bailey gained invaluable hands-on experience and a deep understanding of carpet care from an early age. His lifelong dedication to the trade has shaped him into a true expert in carpet cleaning and stain removal.

Bailey continues the Carpet Masters legacy by delivering personalized, professional service that has earned the trust of the local community. Whether tackling stubborn stains or performing routine maintenance, his attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction consistently set the company apart. He uses the most advanced cleaning solutions and state-of-the-art equipment to ensure safe, effective results every time. Always striving to improve, Bailey actively attends industry-specific courses to stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and techniques.

When he’s not working, Bailey cherishes quality time with his wife and children, embracing a life grounded in faith, family, and service.

Ari Agy, Office Manager

Ari Agy is the dedicated Office Manager for Carpet Masters, a role she has embraced with passion and professionalism. Although she works remotely, Ari is an integral part of the team, managing schedules, customer inquiries, and ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. When clients call, it’s often Ari who answers, offering friendly and knowledgeable support to address any questions or concerns.

Balancing her professional responsibilities with homeschooling her kids, Ari is a key part of Carpet Masters' close-knit culture. Her strong organizational skills and attention to detail keep the company running efficiently, ensuring clients receive the top-notch service they deserve.

Outside of work, Ari is an expert baker, known for creating delicious treats that bring joy to her family and friends. She enjoys spending time with her loved ones and finds fulfillment in both her work and her baking.

Chris Muetterties, Founder

Chris Muetterties founded Carpet Masters Cleaning & Restoration in 1999 with a passion for solving customers' problems and delivering top-quality service. A longtime resident of Gold Country, Chris and his wife, Carah, have raised their family in Angels Camp, embracing the area’s natural beauty. Over the years, Chris has built a reputation for excellence, continually attending industry training and investing in the best equipment to ensure exceptional results for every client.

Though Chris passed the day-to-day operations of the business to his son, Bailey, in 2022, he remains an integral part of the Carpet Masters legacy. Now, Chris dedicates much of his time as the lead pastor of Vine and Branch Fellowship, where he provides spiritual guidance and leadership to his congregation. He continues to serve his community through both his business and ministry, with a deep commitment to helping others.
